Mark your calendars for Myers Park Stampede 2024! On Thursday, September 12th and Friday, September 13th, every MP Club will be out in the quad during all 4 lunches to advertise their clubs and recruit members. Please make preparations with your club leadership team and advisor in the coming weeks. Each club should have a display that describes their club activities. This should include your meeting dates, any contact information, Remind codes, or social media accounts.
Make your stand creative and attractive so students want to join! At least two club leaders will need to be at your station at all times. Make sure your club leadership team knows who will be working the stand, and at what time. Students will be required to bring their own supplies, including a table/stand, a posterboard, and any candy or goodies they would like to hand out. We are excited to have Stampede back for this school year; let’s make it a great one!
